Sleigh Ride Dinner @ 10,000 Feet

Kids' Night Out Torchlight Parade

Kids, along with ski instructors, ride up the Red Lady Express Lift, and ski down green terrain at dusk, lighting the way with glo sticks. Then return to Kids' World for a pizza party and fun activities. Kids' Night Out is every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4-9pm. "Base to the Face" Free Guided Mountain Ski Tours   

If you want to navigate the mountain like a pro, go on a free guided tour of Mt. Crested Butte. Learn your way around the greens, blues, and blacks without getting lost. Tours meet at 9:45am at the CB Mountain Schools meeting place and leave at 10am. On the two hour tour, you will learn trails and locations of lifts from an experienced local guide. This is a great way to start off your visit to Crested Butte Mountain, and it is a good opportunity to meet some new friends with similar interests. So bring the family or any size group, and you will receive a local's introduction to Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, sign up for a North Face Extreme Limits tour. Guides will show you some of Crested Butte's most challenging, steep terrain. Learn your way around the Extremes safely, and see the most extreme in-bounds terrain in North America. Tours leave daily at 9:45am.

Atlas Snowshoe Tours 

Crested Butte Mountain Resort's snowshoe tour is a unique way to experience the majestic surroundings of Crested Butte. On the tour, you will explore areas of the mountain where few skiers go. You will also learn lessons on the history of the area and qualities of the local ecosystem. Tours last about two and a half hours, and you can expect to hike about two miles. On the tour, you will be supplied with a guide, snowshoes, poles, a lift ride, water, and a light snack. Ninety percent of the tour is downhill or flat, but you will enjoy a great workout along the way. Tours leave twice a day - at 9:45am and 1:15pm. There are moonlight snowshoe tours available on the night of the full moon in December, January, and February.

Nastar Racing 

NASTAR races are offered daily from 10:00am-3:30pm. (weather permitting) on Smith Hill. Race your friends, plus win a medal if you qualify. Cost is $6 for 2 runs, $1 each additional run, or $10 all day. Races daily on the public challenge course located under the Red Lady Express Lift on Smith Hill.  Timed runs also available. $2 for one run or $3 for two runs. Group pricing available.

The Tubing Hill is located in the base area between the Silver Queen and Red Lady Express chairlifts. The Tubing hill open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 3-6:30. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased in the Adventure Center in Mountaineer Square.
